The Canadian Haflinger Association promotes these wonderful horses by producing and distributing a quarterly newsletter: The Chatter. This newsletter contains information about upcoming shows and events, news articles, and stories submitted by our members from right across Canada.
We hold an annual meeting to review bylaws and regulations and new initiatives. This meeting is generally accompanied by a picnic! We produce pamphlets and brochures for distribution at shows.
We also assist our members with the marketing their horses. We provide a membership list, list of classified ads, and promotional material for every request for information made to our office.
As a member of the Canadian Haflinger Association you will benefit from lower registration and transfer fees, promotion and marketing efforts, and you will be able to assist in the running of the association through the election of directors or get involved through one of our volunteer opportunities.
Memberships are on a yearly basis and renew on January 1st of each year.
We have provided the option for 'Mail-In Membership Form' and also one for 'Member Instructions' it is important for how you register your membership; as all your current and future applications for registration must be completed in the exact same name(s) as
indicated on your original application for membership. Members who have let their membership expire will most likely need to apply for a New Membership.
